29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection. This was most documented on August 06, 2019 on the jobsite located at 1706 S 95th St, Omaha NE. Three employees were installing new shingles on the roof of an existing single story house and were not utilizing any form of fall protection.
