29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. (a) On or about August 23, 2019, eyewash facilities were not available to provide quick drenching of the eyes. Employees work with and around corrosives such as battery acid, transmission fluid, oils and lubricants.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. (a) In the northwest corner of the service shop: On or about August 23, 2019, the working space around the two Electric Breaker Switch boxes were obstructed by a small refrigerator, which did not allow sufficient and immediate entrance/access to the 120/240 volt electrical panels.
