29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Taco Bell, Roof: On or about 08/22/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11-feet, 6-inches to the lower concrete surface, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees installing stucco using the roof as a walk/working surface between scaffold systems.
