Production Area, Packing Lines 1, 2 and 3: On or about August 16, 2019 employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards, in that the employer did perform daily inspections of the Coffing EMC-500 hoist mechanisms used by employees to replace rolls of shrink wrap on the packing lines.
