Production Area, Office Shed by Line 2:  On or about August 23, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that a Underwriter's Laboratory listed and labeled relocatable power tap (RPT) supplying power to a TPI Corporation pedestal fan was not used in accordance with the guidelines of the listing and labeling agency where the RPT was attached to the building surfaces with cable ties.
