29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about 8/1/2019, Carpenter Shop, the flexible cord servicing the Delta table saw, was wired into a dedicated service disconnect box that was not connected to the fitting so that a strain relief was provided.
