Sharpsburg GA.; On or about August 15, 2019 the employer allowed two employees to be exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard by allowing them to use a Werner aluminum extension ladder for access and egress to the roof of a 1 story residential dwelling. The ladder extended only 1 foot 6 inches above the roof landing and was not fastened at the top.
