29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): Flammable liquids for use in spraying operations were transferred from one container to another without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity.    a) McNeil Group Inc. DBA Pinnacle Metal Products, located at 1701 Woodland Ave., Columbus, OH 43219:  On and preceding August 28, 2019, the employer did not ensure that containers used while transferring flammable liquids were grounded and bonded to prevent static discharge.  Painters were transferring a mixture of Acetone and KEM-Flash 500 Red Oxide primer from a metal 5 gallon bucket to a metal pressure pot reservoir.  Neither the metal 5 gallon bucket nor the pressure pot reservoir were grounded/bonded.  The following condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
