Main warehouse. a) On or about 8/29/19, employees were exposed to exit routes that were blocked by material, impeding escape in the event of an emergency. Blocked exit routes were found to be adjacent to clear exit routes.

Warehouse, main floor. a) On or about 8/29/19, employees operating powered industrial trucks did not power off the industrial powered truck prior to leaving the area. Two powered industrial trucks were found to be unattended with the power on.
