29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a)Conveyor Belt underneath sawmill:  On or about August 29, 2019 and times prior, employees scope sawdust and wood chipe and poor onto conveyor over top of tail roller. The conveyor belt was not adequately guarded at the tail roller in that the wire mesh guard was pushed in and had openings large enough for employee to enter hand or arm.
