29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: A) Mohican Structures, LLC on or about August 30, 2019 conducting work at 1100 Sugarbush Dr. Ashland, OH: The employer did not ensure a platform attachment was securely attached to the forks of the JLG rough terrain forklift. An employee performing wood framing activities from the platform in this condition was exposed to a potential fall of 29 feet.

The employee was exposed to a 29ft fall to the level below while installing fascia board and bringing up materials to the roof of the residential structure.
