Six employees were exposed to falls of up to 24 ft. while using the ladder to access the west side of the second level and the steep-sloped roof.

Brandenberger Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394102, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 06, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5 Winfield Manor Court Lot#2, Perrysburg, OH.
