29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladder(s) were used on scaffold(s) to increase the working level height of employees: On or about August 21, 2019, employees were waterproofing scuppers from a scissor lift on the exterior of the residential apartments under construction approximately 35 feet high using a six foot "A" frame ladder to increase the working height, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
