29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At the facility, where energy control procedures for the Viking 505 Pallet Nailing Machine, serial number 960003 were not utilized while an employee was checking the conveyor sprocket wheels and tension on the chains. This condition exposed an employee to moving machine parts and in-going nip point hazards created by the conveyor sprocket wheels.
