29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about August 11, 2023, employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn injuries when a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted in its marked location in the nailing area. b) On or about August 11, 2023, employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn injuries when a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted in its marked location in the plywood area.
