29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 1117 Morrison Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about September 4, 2019, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were used where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 20 feet.
