29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about August 2, 2019, employees performing residential construction activities at the ground level were not wearing hard hats, while employees worked above them were performing residential framing. This condition exposed the employees below to struck by hazards from falling objects.
