Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about August 28, 2019, Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet on a construction site in Tuscola, Illinois, and adequate fall protection was not being used while working on the flat section of the commercial building.
