29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Employees were not protected in an excavation from a cave-in by an adequate protective system: a) 2012 Wharton St, Philadelphia, PA - The employer allowed employees to work in an excavation approximately 6.5 feet deep without having a protective system in place. Thus, exposing the employees to cave-in hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 30, 2019.
