Employees were performing trenching operations, removing and replacing a curb pipe trap, without traffic signs thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Two company vehicles were parked, one being a dump truck with trailer that was used to transport an excavator, in the pane of travel. Condition was observed on or about February 18, 2025.
