Violation was observed on or about September 4, 2019. b) Work site was located at 57 Chestnut Street, East Orange, NJ 07018 An employee was exposed to eye injuries as he was working with Sakrete Type S Mortar Mix while not wearing safety glasses or a face shield. Violation was observed on or about September 4, 2019.
