On or about 05 September 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees performing masonry activities for a commercial construction were working on scaffold platforms. These platforms were more than 2 feet above the point of access, and employees were not provided with a proper means of access to the platform. Instead, employees were climbing from one level to the other using the scaffold's legs, thus exposing the employees to the hazard of a fall of  above 10 feet to the ground.
