The Employer did not report to OSHA within 24 hours that an employee had been hospitalized.    The CBP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in the OSHA inspection number 1304380 and 1396218, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2018, and April 23, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 207 West Del Mar Boluevard, Laredo, TX 78041 and McAllen Boarder respectfully.
