29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) Corner of Bill Kennedy Way and Gibson St SE: On or about 09/29/2019 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while performing stucco work from a fabricated frame scaffold 30 feet above ground level without midrails installed.
