Where manufacturer's specifications are not available, the limitations assigned to the equipment shall be based on the determinations of a professional engineer competent in the field. Framingham, MA On or about 9/6/2019, employees were exposed to falls 21 Ft. to a lower level. The Universal Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316829, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 39 Summer Ave. Framingham, MA.
