Recycling Area: On or about August 7, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not immediately accessible for emergency use where employees are staging automotive batteries which may be damaged or leaking corrosive electrolyte.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) a) Recycling Area: On or about August 7, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that labels were not provided on used chemical storage tanks where employees handle hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, used gasoline and used antifreeze.
