29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) A & Zach Construction, LLC located at 8026 Finch Leaf Drive, Plain City, 43064: On and preceding September 9, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower level were protected from falls. Framers were installing floor joists and panels at heights that varied from 12-13 feet without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to falls up to 13 feet.
