1926.200(g)(1): At points of hazard, traffic lanes were not posted with legible traffic control signs and protected by traffic control devices:  (a) On or about September 12, 2019 at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Goldsmith Street, Elmhurst, NY 11373, an employees performing short duration maintenance work on traffic lanterns from the bucket of a bucket truck was exposed to struck-by hazards from vehicles passing underneath while working on a traffic signal in the roadway.  Traffic control signs and devices were not sufficient to stop traffic prior to extending bucket over an open lane.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
