29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: (a) On or about September 12, 2019 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire related hazards while performing work activities in the facility where EXIT signs throughout the facility were not illuminated to include but not limited to the garage, storage room, laboratory, and training room located at 160 North Stephanie Street, Henderson, Nevada.
