On or about September 10, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nineteen (19) feet three (3) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    Marin Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1266310, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 09, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 10925 Cook Ave., Oak Lawn, IL.
