29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about May 11, 2022, at the addressed jobsite of 11091 S. 84th Avenue, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet four (4) inches, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. b. On or about May 11, 2022, at the addressed jobsite of 11081 S. 84th Avenue, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet four (4) inches, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. c. On or about May 11, 2022, at the addressed jobsite of 11071 S. 84th Avenue, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet six (6) inches, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. d. On or about May 11, 2022, at the addressed jobsite of 11061 S. 84th Avenue, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet five (5) inches, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. e. On or about May 11, 2022, at the addressed jobsite of 11061 S. 84th Avenue, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet seven (7) inches was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. f. On or about May 11, 2022, at the addressed jobsite of 11091 S. 84th Avenue, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet eight (8) inches was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Marin Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1430499, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 9, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 25532 S. Devonshire Lane, Monee, IL 60449. Marin Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1266310, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 10925 Cook Ave., Oak Lawn, IL 60453
