There were no visible gauges, audible alarms or pressure activated devices installed in paint spray booths to indicate or ensure that the required air speed was maintained.  A) Spray Booth - On or about September 17, 2019, the average air speed over the open face of the spray booth was approximately 78 feet per minute.  B) Spray Booth - On or about September 17, 2019, there were no manometers, gauges, or other devices installed to indicate that the required air speed was maintained.
