29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On or about September 13, 2019, at the northwest corner of the 5:12 pitch roof, an employee installing roof sheathing boards was exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard from the eave in that he was not protected by a fall protection system.

On or about September 13, 2019, the employer did not provide a roof access ladder for an employee working on the roof, exposing him to an 8 feet fall hazard while climbing the interior framing of the house.
