29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: Rig # 510 near Marlow, Oklahoma: On or about September 12, 2019, and at times prior thereto, drilling rig floor mats near the v-door did not lay flush with the walking surface. The mats present a tripping hazard when they stick up from the floor level up to approximately 2 inches, exposing the employees to a trip and fall hazard.
