29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 503 Russell Ave, Long Beach MS - On or about September 13, 2019 the employer did not ensure employees that perform roofing operations while working at heights greater than 6 feet were adequately trained to recognize fall hazards and prevent them from occurring exposing employees to a greater likelihood that a fall could occur.
