(a) 503 Russell Ave, Long Beach MS - On or about August 28, 2019 employees were working with pneumatic nail guns during roofing operations without adequate eye protection, exposing employees to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) 503 Russell Ave, Longbeach, MS 39560 - On or about September 13, 2019 the employer did not provide a means of fall protection for employees exposed to a fall hazard while performing framing activities at heights exceeding 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a) 503 Russell Ave, Long Beach MS - On or about September 13, 2019 the employer did not ensure employees that perform roofing operations while working at heights greater than 6 feet were adequately trained to recognize fall hazards and prevent them from occurring exposing employees to a greater likelihood that a fall could occur.
