29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.  a) The employer made transverse cuts into concrete sidewalk out front of 36 Wildwood Avenue in Fords NJ, using a Husqvarna hand-held power saw. The saw was not equipped with integrated continual water supply to the blade for dust suppression, as a prescribed engineering control listed in Table 1 for this specific task; exposing worker(s) to inhalation health hazard(s) of crystalline silica.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 9/17/2018.
