Settendown Reserve Subdivision, Lot #86, 5125 Minnow Lane, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were in the process of nailing down siding boards, using a pneumatic air gun, without the use of eye protection, on or about 09/19/19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. Settendown Reserve Subdivision, Lot #86, 5125 Minnow Lane, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were in the process of installing hardi-plank siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed two-story home while working at the edge off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 20 feet above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 09/19/19.
