29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a. On or about September 18, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee and subcontractor employees performing construction operations from the second floor were exposed to a fall of twelve (12) feet created by the presence of unprotected sides.      b. On or about September 18, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee and subcontractor employees performing construction operations from the third floor were exposed to a fall of twenty-four (24) feet created by the presence of unprotected sides.      c. On or about September 18, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee and subcontractor employees performing construction operations from the fourth floor were exposed to a fall of thirty-six (36) feet created by the presence of unprotected sides.
