29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:         a) On or about December 27, 2019, subcontractor employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 feet while working from the 4th floor deck of the building without fall protection.     b) On or about January 3, 2020, subcontractor employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 feet while working from the 4th floor deck of the building without fall protection.     c) On or about January 6, 2020, subcontractor employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 feet while working from the 4th floor deck of the building without fall protection.     Summit Design & Build LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432282, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 1201 N. Clark, Chicago, Illinois.           No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
