29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): MA-28 Eastbound lane - in front of 2889 Cranberry Highway: Employees were engaged in building a concrete catch basin for wastewater runoff in an excavation that was greater than five (5) feet deep adjacent to vehicular traffic without shoring or cave-in protection.
