29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: a) Production Floor: On September 20, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory health hazards in that in that the employer did not distribute the information in 29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix D to employees who wore dust masks voluntarily while performing job tasks that did not require respiratory protection.
