29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) Maintenance area, near east wall: On or about July 10, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that a gray Nissan forklift which was found to be in need of repair, was not tagged or marked to indicate that the forklift had been removed from service and that employees were not permitted to operate the damaged forklift.
