29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. At this workplace, employees conducted welding operations and the floors were not clear of obstructions and created tripping hazards in areas such as but not limited to: a. The outside storage building walkways needed cleaning and organizing. b. The main shop area had welding cables routed across the shop floor. c. A pallet was stored next to the welding work area.
