On or about October 2, 2019, employees performing roofing operations on a low sloped roof were not protected from a fall hazards, exposing employees to falls of approximately 13.4 feet to the ground below.    Technician Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130358, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4280 W. Jefferson St. Joliet, IL 60431.     Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
