29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) Outside of the Widener Building - The employer failed to ensure that all hand operated power tools, including a Bosch AG 50-10 5 inch Angle grinder operating at 11,500 RPM, were equipped with a guard where a guard is designed to be mounted. Thus, exposing employees to the rotating wheel. Observed on or about 02 OCT 2019.
