29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; Inspection, maintenance, and repair. The employer must ensure: a) On or about October 7, 2019 the employer did not inspect working surface, such as the distance from loading dock to the truck's lift gate being 18 inches apart to ensure that the drop between surfaces were corrected to prevent injuries to employees who were crossing the loading dock to the truck's lift gate.
