29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): The employer permitted respirators with tight-fitting facepieces to be worn by employees who have facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face: (a) On or about 10/08/2019, at facility, for the wheat runner with facial hair wearing an N95 respirator while sweeping and blowing down flour. The employer did not implement procedure to prevent facial hair on respirator users.
