29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On the refrigerator handle, 2.938 ug (micrograms) of lead was found, on or about October 9, 2019. b) On the countertop in front of the coffee machine, 23.57 ug (micrograms) of lead was found, on or about October 9, 2019. c) On the back door panic bar, 20.8 ug (micrograms) of lead was found, on or about October 9, 2019. Oak Ridge Gun Range was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1381851, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6160 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32809.
