29 CFR 1960.8(a): 29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm: On or about 10/11/2019 and times prior thereto, located at the Quantico MCB Security Battalion, 2043 Barnett Ave. Quantico, VA 22134, the employer did not provide mechanically safe motor vehicles to be operated by law enforcement emergency responders during the course of their law enforcement activities. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
