29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employers did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which was at least describing how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met, and which also including (e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii) of this section: As required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): ESTABLISHMENT: The employer did not develop and implement a site-specific written Hazard Communication program, including Globalized Harmonized System (GHS) where employees were required to work with and/or handle hazardous chemicals, such as (but not limited to) Acetylene, propane, and Dyna Spec enamel paint.
